Huge 4,391 player field generates $3,951,900 prize pool

Part-time trade show director, part-time poker player Adrian Moreno outlasted a field of 4,391 and an unpredictable final table to claim Event 74 of the 2017 World Series of Poker (WSOP), the $1,000 + $111 Little One for One Drop No-Limit Hold’em.
Moreno claimed his first WSOP bracelet and a tidy payday of $528,316 in the extended four-day charity-themed tournament emerging victorious from two-hours of heads-up play with Norwegian Martin Lesjoe.
The tournament generated a $3,951,900 prize pool of which $487,401 was donated to Guy Laliberte’s charity One Drop. Its conclusion marks the last of the WSOP summer schedule events, bar Event 73 which is currently playing out.
