Vic Palermo, an experienced entrepreneur and gambling operator who founded American Wagering Inc (subsequently sold to William Hill plc) has surfaced in the midst of the daily fantasy sports furore in Nevada, applying for a state off-track, pari-mutuel sports system operator's licence for his new US Fantasy DFS company.
