Hefty jail sentences could await 46-year-old Muskegon man
Muskegon, Michigan internet cafe operator James Postema (46) could face fines and hefty jail sentences on illegal internet gambling and using computers for criminal purposes charges following his conviction this week by Judge Rosemarie Aquilina in Ingham County.
But the owner of the Triple Cherries Internet Cafe will have to wait until sentencing on November 7 before he can plan his future.
Enforcement officials obtained search warrants on Postema’s properties and conducted a raid last month in which bank and credit union accounts, money orders, cash and computer equipment were seized.
