iGaming measure moves through Senate for the first time
Pennsylvania’s HB 271 has progressed quickly this week, passing the Senate Community, Economic & Recreational Development Committee and the Senate Appropriations Committee yesterday (Tuesday) and now the full Senate today (Wednesday) who voted 38-12 in favor of the iGaming measure for the very first time.
The bill will appear before the House again in June, with all stakeholders hopeful that the punishing tax and license proposals will be reviewed.
