The Cordish Companies who were established back in 1910 and have a diverse interest in the US ranging from Commercial Real Estate to land based gaming, have linked up with FanDuel, in a strategic partnership.
FanDuel which is now owned by Flutter Entertainment, the owners and operators of the Paddy Power and Betfair brands, will as a result of the link up with the Cordish Companies, be able to deliver their products throughout the US in Cordish Companies owned outlets. Specifically the Cordish’s Live! Properties of Casino & Hotel and Entertainment Districts across the U.S.
Joseph Weinberg from Cordish Companies, said of the link up with FanDuel: “We are excited to partner with FanDuel to bring our customers the premier sports betting experience in the country, including unique promotions and sports engagement opportunities that will only be available at Live! properties.”
Founded back in 2009, the FanDuels Group is a New York City based bookmaker and daily fantasy sports provider and back in May 2018, Paddy Power Betfair as it was then known as, acquired FanDuel in a deal worth over $170m.
